Producing orthotics by hand eliminates the oppertunity to offer reproducable quality to the patient when he needs a second pair of orthotics. Working with the OrthoPodoLab orthotic design software gives you the oppertunity to tell your referers and patients that you invested in a technique which guarantees 100% reproducable quality.

Besides this working with blue print and foam box plaster techniques are time consuming processes which can be eliminated by the extensive program of foot analysis devices we offer you.

2D scanners:
Are used to replace the blue print technique. It takes only a few seconds to scan the plantar side of two feet at the same time. Based on the 2D scan the foot specialist is able to build the orthotic with the pre defined elements and orthotics which are integrated in the insole dsign software. Every orthotic and element can be modified by the millimeter.

3D laser scanners:
Are used to replace foambox and plaster. The laser scanner scans within a few seconds the plantar side from both feet and creates an exact copy of them. This data is automaticly transferred into an orthotic which can be modified by the millimeter exact. Rear foot corrections are done by a simple mouse click.
