When writing down your production wishes on blue prints or on foam boxes the producer could easily make mistakes by interpreting them wrong. We don’t realize that sending blue prints by fax is not transferring data1:1. When sending blue prints or foam boxes by post it can be lost, it is time consuming, and it might be expensive.
With the OrthoPodoLab communication software we eliminated all these risks and we offer you care free outsourcing.
Your practice will be connected directly by internet with our production facility. Orders will be send through a secured ftp connection and outsourcing is just a mouse click away.
Within the communication software you can define the following items:
- the shore values from materials
- the length of the orthotic
- the bottom pattern for the right fit in the shoe
- sanding the orthotic at the sides. yes or no
- top cover material. yes or no
- type of top cover material
- how many pairs
Depending on the orthotic technique you are used to and depending on how you do patient examination we offer 4 different foot and patient analysis devices. We offer 2D and 3D laser scanners, pressure measurement systems and video gait analysis systems.
